It is a Binational Center located in Salta, Argentina. It is a non-profit Institution whose main purpose is the cultural interchange between the United States of America and our country.
Since it was founded in 1956 it has been developing a constant cultural activity promoting different art expressions. Nowadays I.S.I.C.A.N.A. has become a unique cultural, educational and informative complex in our city.
